We offer a growing After-Sales Service facility to match our growing installed base around the world. When things go wrong, as they occasionally do, you are able to contact our engineers directly or through your usual local contact, to get help for your problem. This may just be advice, or it may be a replacement part which can be sent immediately. All items returned for repair or replacement are examined by our engineers to determine the cause of the problem and, where appropriate, reports are sent describing corrective and preventative actions.
